For over 50 years, Pizza Hut has been making ‘America’s favorite Pizza.’  Pizza Hut was America’s first national pizza chain and has continued to grow and expand.  It all started in 1958 in Wichita, Kansas with two college-aged brothers. A year later, the company became incorporated and opened their first franchisee store in Topeka, Kansas. In 1971, Pizza Hut was the #1 pizza restaurant chain in sales and in number of restaurants.  Pizza Hut opened it 1000 restaurant in 1972. Twelve years later, they opened their 5000th restaurant.

P&C Construction completed 26 restaurant remodels in 11 months.  The scope involved a complete reimage to the dining room and exterior of the building.  All of the restaurants were located in the Orlando, FL area.  Every restaurant was permitted and a Certificate of Occupancy was achieved.  This in itself was half the job.  The schedule allowed for 21 days per location; P&C finished each location in 14 days, far exceeding the owner’s expectations.  The restaurants were closed for the first week of construction then reopened during the second week.

P&C has completed Pizza Hut's in the following cities:

  • Sanderville, GA
  • Cherryville, NC
  • Pooler, GA
  • Orlando Area, FL (26 different locations)
  • Garden City, GA
  • Jesup, GA
