Nic Cornelison

Nic started out his career in construction as a laborer in 1995 and worked his way up in the ranks to carpenter, foreman, assistant superintendent, superintendent, assistant project manager, project manager, vice president, to now serving as the President and COO. He often states that he couldn’t see himself doing anything else and loves being able to create something out of a pile of dirt.

Actively involved in the community, Nic serves as the Chairman for the AGC of East Tennessee for his third year, the Vice President of the Southeast Brangus Breeders Association, the Treasurer of Flat Rock Holiness Church, the past president of the Jackson County Alabama Cattlemen Association, and a board member for the International Brangus Breeders Association Foundation, YCLP Young Cattle Leaders, and the new Construction Career Center in Chattanooga, TN. Nic is also a member of the BBB, AIA, AGC East Tennessee, ABC North Alabama, Southeast Brangus Breeders Association, International Brangus Breeders Association, AL Cattlemen, GA Cattlemen, Gulf Coast Cattlemen, and the NCBA.

In his spare time, Nic doubles as a cowboy. A hobby of raising cattle quickly turned into Lake Majestik Farms - a first class Brangus operation and premier Brangus Breeder as well as a partner in GenePlus Brangus, a professional distributor company of Brangus biotechnology. With what little spare time is left after all of that, Nic also enjoys deer, duck, and quail hunting and practically anything outside.

Born and raised in the south, Nic currently resides in Alabama with his wife Chasity and two kids, Paris and Briley.
