Royce Cornelison

Royce started in the construction industry in 1975 and quickly grew to love it. He found that there was nothing more rewarding than building things and improving those that already existed. In October of 1993, Royce co-founded P&C Construction. He attributes his success and the success of his company to the fact that he remained loyal and true to God and operated all his business relationships on the core standards of honesty and integrity.

Royce currently serves as the Co-Chair for Workforce Development and is an Executive Circle Member of the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce. He is also a former Board Member of both the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce and Mountain Lakes Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he serves on the Advisory Board for Synovus Bank Chattanooga and is a member of SEI.

He is an active member of CSI, AGC East TN, ABC, BBB, Alabama Forestry Association, AIA, ICC, NASCLA, Echota Cherokee Tribe of Alabama, The Heritage Foundation, ICSC, ACI, Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga, the National Minority Supplier Development Council, and the Alabama Cattlemen’s Association.

In the real estate industry, he is a licensed broker in Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee and has been licensed since 2014. He is also a member of NAR, GCAR, and RLI.


When not working, Royce enjoys fishing and hunting his farm in Alabama and practically anything that involves being outdoors. He also serves as the current pastor at Flat Rock Holiness Church. Royce and his wife Gloria have two sons, Nic and Jordan and five grandchildren - Paris, Briley, Harper, Oakley, and Malakai.
