We are looking for a commercial construction estimator. The ideal candidate will have experience with Commercial Construction RFPs, Commercial Construction sales, and the development of Commercial Construction marketing materials.

Responsibilities:

• Public facing website maintenance. Routinely update key information and add/remove content as needed.

• RFP (request for proposal) submissions

  • Should be able to effectively blend substance and presentation to secure the job in a highly competitive environment.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of key information, such as company capabilities and experience, safety statistics and key staff experience

• Development and maintenance of construction project data sheets

  • Keep up to date marketing materials for on demand presentation to potential clients.

  • Customize stock materials to meet specific requirements as needed.

• Jobsite Photography

  • Visit jobsites to take in progress and finish photos for marketing use.

  • Compile jobsite photography from multiple sources into finished product 

• Social media marketing/Search engine optimization

  • Maintain a routine profile on major social media sites

  • Target key market segments based on market analysis and guidance

• Graphic design/branding as needed

• Sales and business development activities

  • Identify and develop new clients for targeted business segments

  • Develop client targeting based on executive direction and ongoing business needs

  • Maintain a database of current and prospective clients to include details on contact and project history

• Marketing analytics and sales analysis

  • Develop and maintain routine analysis of Google Analytics data, social media performance, market trends and internal sales performance

  • Develop marketing targeting plans to support overall sales strategy

  • Develop and maintain routine analysis of bidding success 

• Event Coordination. Work with key leadership and external organizations to support P&C hosting/participation as required.

• Other tasks as required/assigned

Requirements:

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Willingness to travel to jobsites, to include limited overnight travel.

• Proficient in MS Office products.  

• Experience developing proposals for executive stakeholders.  

• Ability to take high quality photos and edit as needed using Adobe Photoshop or similar

• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign or similar

• Working knowledge of website design.  Ability to present information concisely in a format that generates business interest

Preferred

• Track record of successful (awarded) RFP packets

• Strong photography and photograph editing skills

• Proficiency using Squarespace

• Commercial construction experience
