We are looking for a commercial construction superintendent. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing all aspects of a construction project from planning to implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.

• Allocate resources for assigned projects.

• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.

• Work with project inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.

• Negotiate and communicate with subcontractors and employees.

• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

• Maintain project schedule.

• Maintain daily reports and timesheets.

• Maintain a safe and clean job site, adhering to OSHA standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience leading multiple subcontractors on a single job site, as the general contractor site lead.

• Experience reading plans and specs.

• Ability to manage the primary responsibility for scheduling subcontractors, vendors and deliveries.

• Strong leadership qualities.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Deadline and detail-oriented.

• Safety oriented, with working knowledge of OSHA standards.

• Willingness to Travel – jobs may be local or remote. We go where the work is.

Preferred Skills:

• Site work experience.

• Out of ground construction experience.

• Working knowledge of project management software.

• OSHA 10/30.

• SWPPP certification.
