We are looking for a commercial construction superintendent. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing all aspects of a construction project from planning to implementation.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
Allocate resources for assigned projects.
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
Work with project inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
Negotiate and communicate with subcontractors and employees.
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
Maintain project schedule.
Maintain daily reports and timesheets.
Maintain a safe and clean job site, adhering to OSHA standards.
Qualifications:
Experience leading multiple subcontractors on a single job site, as the general contractor site lead.
Experience reading plans and specs.
Ability to manage the primary responsibility for scheduling subcontractors, vendors and deliveries.
Strong leadership qualities.
Strong negotiation skills.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Safety oriented, with working knowledge of OSHA standards.
Willingness to Travel – jobs may be local or remote. We go where the work is.
Preferred Skills:
Site work experience.
Out of ground construction experience.
Working knowledge of project management software.
OSHA 10/30.
SWPPP certification.
